Fit ladies - aunt flow

Hey ladies! I was wondering if my fit girls (anyone who eats healthy and works out, whatever level that may be!) just lack the energy during your period?

I've been consistently going to the gym and eating right for about 6 weeks. I have more energy (typically) and feel great! HOWEVER, tomorrow I should be starting my period and I am SO exhausted I don't feel like I have the energy to make it to the gym.

I know working out boosts your energy level but I feel like my legs are made of lead today. Does this happen to anyone else? How do you power through? Or do you give yourself a day to rest?
