Should my tattoo be this light?

These spots just peeled today should they be this light? Will they get darker? Btw they look a lil darker in person

When a tattoo peels the scabby bits it doesn't mean it's done peeling, there's a layer of "milky" skin under that still needs to peel. Keep putting lotion on and it will go away as new skin grows and replaces that skin.
