quick question sick or pregnant

I haven't bought a test yet because I have not missed my period yet I still have a couple days before that but this morning I got up at 5 with my boyfriend before he went to work like I do every morning and felt sick then he put his body spray on and the smell made it even worse and I did end up getting sick and it was yellow like stomach bile but had nothing in it and it has been five weeks from the first day we had sex after we decided for me to quit taking the pills
