Could I be Pregnant?

About two weeks ago my boyfriend and I had sex (with a condom) but there was a thick white substance on the outside of the condom. it didn’t look like the condom had broken or anything but i’ve never really “came” from penetration sex so i’m just not sure if it was mine or his. i am supposed to start my period today but i haven’t yet so i’m really worrying and stressing.

-i’m not trying to conceive

-i had a UTI at the time (if that matters?)

-last month i had a period that started august 3 and then another one starting the 31st and ended september 4th and the app says i’m supposed to have one today

-i’ve been cramping and breaking out like usual
