Why is it so shocking to people when I tell them im not doing a full on party for the reveal? (we are having over just our parents & siblings for dinner) I mean I know a lot of people have been doing them lately but it's astounding how many times I've told the same people that I'm not doing one.

I told my sister 4 times that I'm not doing a party & she asked last night when the party was.

I was talking to my cousin today & was saying i started working on the invitation list for the baby shower & she asked why i just started. I said I still have to January so there's plenty of time to get it all done & she said "I thought you were doing the reveal party in like two weeks?" We've had this conversation literally every day the past two weeks.

I'm almost at the point that I'm just not gonna talk to anyone until after I find oht the gender & I'll just send out a group text so I don't have to have the same conversation 3-5 times a day 😫
