How to POLITELY tell people not to touch my belly?

I'm having a hard time with my family and friends wanting to touch me or even LOOK AT my stomach. I already have a hard enough time with the doctors touching me and I pay them good money to so it hahaa. I've had people keep insisting and try to reach out at me even after I say no. I feel like I need a GIANT stop sign that says "Stop. Don't touch me." I'm just very worried with my baby shower coming up how much worse it's going to be. Any advice that doesn't include me being rude to people (to avoid family conflict)
