Orajel for 1year old?

Question

Have any of you used orajel when your babies are teething? My LO is having a hard time with teething at the moment and A couple of ppl had suggested baby orajel but I also heard some negative reviews.. I'd like to hear your thoughts.. 
I've tried cold teething toys 
Fruit
Popsicles
Cold paci 
It only works for a few minutes then he's back to cranky/crying/fussy

I use baby orjel at night and this amber teethi g necklace during the day

We do Tylenol/ ibuprofen and frozen fruits and wash cloths he love it.... I have tried orajel he had no reactions to it we have just ran out and have not gotten anymore

I did when he was younger it gave him the runs really bad...I tried it again like a month ago now at 1 and he took to it better and it helped him sleep way better that and Tylenol

The teething tablets aren't good for them either! Honestly the best thing is Tylenol and a cold towel to chew on

Now a days they say no Orajel, it can numb the throat and cause aspiration. 
I have use teething tablets, hylands brand I believe. Target sold them. Have you tried Tylenol?
