I have been on a new pill for going on four packets, 12weeks finished. It is supposed to help regulate my period...
last week I spotted and this week is my placebo/week off from the pill. Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal?
I haven't had a normal period in a couple cycles during my off week. What do I do?
