I've been TTC for what feels like a long time and I'm very emotional about not being pregnant yet for reasons I won't get into right now.

My sister had her first child five years ago in high school and is adamant that she doesn't want any more. She recently started a new birth control (the kind that lets you only have one period in three months). She was texting me earlier today planning her birthday celebration tomorrow. Then she suddenly texted to cancel it. I called to see what was wrong and she said she had a miscarriage and seems 100% positive but hasn't seen a doctor or anything.

She feels bad because she knows what I'm going though but I want to support her and make this not about me. Advice? Suggestions?
