I've been to the hospital 3 times because of a kidney infection and all throughout middle school I had bladder infections. I currently feel like I'm close to having another. I'm terrified 😔 they told me last time I will have to go into surgery if I go back. Please give me some advice on what to do how to keep myself from getting it. I drink water which they told me to do I rarely drink sodas. They told me to use unscented wipes instead of tissue from now on. And they told me just to make sure I'm wiping correctly . Any advice please comment I just might have to go to the hospital tonight😪
