Getting pregnant after a cesarean

I had my daughter 6 months ago via c-section and I'm afraid I might be pregnant again. I know the recommendation is 18 months so I'm worried that if I go through with this pregnancy I might have a rupture and won't be able to have more kids. Is there any chance that I can have a safe pregnancy right now?
