Puppy advice

We bought this puppy yesterday from a guy who lives in the neighborhood behind my house and it's a husky he's two months old n he smelled sooo bad because they mistreated them and left them outside and we brought her home and I she's so sad she doesn't do anything she doesn't want to eat or drink she just lays down I know it's because she's not used to being away from her family and she doesn't know us anyone know what we can do to make her feel better or something
