Stomach flu
I am 14wks pregnant and have gotten the stomach flu badly! Muscle aches, throwing up everything, can’t eat, barely drinking, sleeping the day away, but no fever! My husband thinks I’ll be fine once the 24hrs is up and I’ll start feeling better. I’ve never been this sick pregnant!!! Idk if I should be worried. Thoughts?
