Weird feeling in limbs after drinking alcohol?

Guys, yesterday i asked for a mojito and half way through it my limbs started to feel heavy and numb, also my throat and tongue. It has happened before with skyy blues which contains vodka. Has any of you experienced this? I dont drink often, I do shots of tequila and that doesnt happen. Thank you ladies for reading me.

Could be the different sugars in alcohol and how your body metabolizes them differently. I can drink hard alcohol in good quantities and not be drunk. If I have 2 beers, I feel like I'm trashed. It's just how my body metabolizes the different sugars.

idk but it sounds like you could be having like an allergic reaction to certain types of alcohol

Alcohol does numb your senses so maybe it's that. Or maybe it's the type of alcohol reacting in your body (slight allergic reaction)
