yeast infection or uti?

I've never had a yeast infection or a uti so I don't know what to do. I've been really itchy and I think I have been itching so much that it irritated my vagina so right now it burns. I've been using cortizone 10 and that helps relieve the itch but only temporarily. I was using summers eve wash everyday then I started to get itchy so I stopped. I am sexually active but we always use condoms so I don't know if the condoms are irritating me but I've never had this before.
