Help with broken foot!! 😭😭😭

It's my first time breaking a bone ever. I broke my 2nd 3rd and 4th metatarsal bones on Friday. I got my splint that day and will later get my cast/boot idk yet. My question to those who have worn a splint for a broken bone before is, my splint wrap is pretty lose right now because I have some tingling and it feels very hot on the bottom I took my medicine and have been icing my foot while elevated but the tingling numbness feeling is still there. Is that normal? What should I do?! Help please!
