I caused my miscarriage 😞

I am so heartbroken right now. All I wanted was to have a baby after so many losses... I got a positive test on Thursday. I was due to start today. On Friday night I was SO sick from a cold. I have a 2 year old so I needed to be okay to care for her but I could sleep, couldn’t move, was in so much pain. So I took some cold medicine.. it worked but today I have started my period meaning I lost my baby.

I’m so broken! I knew the medication could cause miscarriage but I was so sick that I had to. Nothing else was working. I think I’m done trying...
