weird...

I have PCOS, simple endometrial hyperplasia, and reoccurring miscarriages. my husband and I have been TTC for 6 years and have had 5 miscarriages. I had a period at the end of July and again in the middle/end of August (21st) I haven't had my period again (which is normal cuz of pcos) but I had some random spotting and cramping the end of last week, took a test BFN, Friday my nipples were HOT like really hot, my boobs are tender, and today (sunday) they are hot again with light cramping. I don't want to be crazy and take a test for it to be negative but this is really weird for me. should I test again or am I just reading too much in to it?
