Funny noises

So I was with my so the other night getting it on and we were in a really odd position like we were both lying down yet facing each other and he was fingering me etc etc and then my stomach was making weird noises and it sounded like farts but not really and I get soo embarassed so I tried moaning louder but I could still hear it .. do u ever get those annoying noises what do use do about it
