Defining the Relationship

So I’ve been talking to this guy for about two months. We text all the time and hangout at least once a week (we’re both pretty busy), but I don’t really know what we are. He hasn’t asked me to be his girlfriend and I kinda wanna ask him to be exclusive. We act like a couple: hold hands in public, we’re gonna wear a matching costumes for Halloween, etc. I’m just nervous that he doesn’t feel the same way. Any opinions on whether it’s moving too fast or this is a fine pace?
