period/sex life

Help... I haven't had sex since last year around summer time and this is the first time my period is late my last period was August 19 and haven't had a period since. My mom knows my period Is late and I lied and told her I haven't had sex yet but she is making me take a pregnancy test at the doctors in a few days. what should I tell her will the doctors tell her if I'm a virgin or not or should I just be honest with her and tell her I'm not pregnant but I have had sex.
