Birthday blues... still bfn!

Today is my birthday and instead of being happy, I'm super frustrated 😤 I'm on CD 39 (usually 31-35 days), 17 dpo, AF is 3 days late, and still testing bfn. I don't know what to think! I used opk strips for the first time this cycle, and I did get a surge so I have a good idea of when I ovulated, though wasn't confirmed with any digital tests. I don't temp but I'm starting to think I should have. I used Pre-seed and BD pretty much my whole fertile window. At this point, if I'm really not pregnant, I really want my period to just come already so I can start prepping for the next ttc cycle 😔
