I hate my nicu !!!!

How often did your babies feeding time change in the hospital ? My twins feedings have been 8,11,2, and 5 around the clock for about two weeks. Recently this nurse has been starting their tube feeds 30 min early. They are only supposed to get tube feeds if they are not queuing I mean ofcourse they are not going to que 30 min before they are used to being fed. It's very frustrating. I feel like they are being lazy and won't offer the bottle. They always take the bottle for me but the nurse says they don't drink all of it for them. Idk what to do its getting very frustrating. When I mentioned it to the dr during rounds about increasing to only bottles instead of 4 a day or with que, I explained it to the dr about how they were being hooked up to the feeding machine without even offering the bottle the nurse straight up lied in front of me to the dr saying that she has been doing the feedings on time making me seem like I'm a crazy lying mom. I don't know who to complain to. No one listens around here I hate this nicu. They are 35 weeks today and we have been in the nicu for a month
