Boobs or nipples hurt?

When I ovulate I find my nipples, not my boobs, but my nipples hurt almost to touch. Does that happen to anyone else or just me? I know boobs are supposed to hurt (which is a good sign) but is it just specifically the nipple or both full boobs? Anyone, anyone?

Hi Hun, my nipples are the same. It's how I know I've ovulated. They stay sore until AF most months. But some months it's just for a few days. My boobs ache a tiny bit sometimes right before AF but it's only a tiny bit if they do. 😊
