Clomid & clearblue advance OPK

I was reading the pamphlet that comes with the opk. It says women who take clomid May get false positives?!

I started my first round of clomid on Sunday 9/17 — and took it cycle days 3-7. I’ve been TTC #2 for over a year now. I am not going in for blood work or sonograms.

I ovulate on my own and typically it’s on cycle day 13/14.I did OPKs and got peak 2 days cycle day cycle days 14 & 15.

Does this mean I didn’t ovulate as the opk said? Because on cycle day 15 I felt a lot of pressure and pain in my lower abdomen on the right side — is that an indicator of ovulation?! I typically cramp as well without clomid.

Now I am panicking that I may or may not have ovulated. I still have a lot of CM and I’m on cycle day 18 now...

Anyone else experience this? Now I’m freaking out bc we have taken a little break from BD since it felt like such a job this cycle. 🤦🏻‍♀️😭😫💩
