Pelvic Rest...

Hey so I am 7 weeks 5 days and have started spotting after sex (nothing rough). This is the third time and today was probably the worst amount I had seen thus far. Not that it was a terrible amount and only brown colored— no bright reds. But my husband and I had sex two days ago and I’m still cramping and would spot a few times after. My doc told me I needed to go in pelvic rest since this is the third time it’s happened. She said for two to three weeks until we see things are going well. I am freaking out, and all worried is something wrong? I am already high risk because of my diabetes, and I’m so early on. I haven’t got to see a baby or heartbeat yet and it’s been more than 2.5 weeks since I have been seen. Is anyone else going through this?
