I was on around CD 72 when I fell pregnant, didn't know I was ovulating and never thought it would happen but here I am 25 weeks later!x

There are quite a few ways to check for ovulation So typically your CM changes all throughout your cycle. It can be watery, sticky, creamy, dry, or egg white in texture. You're looking for egg white texture. That's when you're the most fertile. When it's creamy like white that's when you're the least fertile. Any other time doesn't really matter. You check it by sticking like your index  finger into your vagina and pulling it out and running your index finger and thumb together then separating them. You're looking for a stringy egg white texture. That's when you're fertile. Some people say you can just use toilet paper and wipe front to back but I don't produce enough. So your cervix is this round opening to your uterus. When you're on your period, it's lower slightly open and hard like the tip of your nose. When you're not fertile it's low, closed, and hard like your nose. When you're fertile it's high and hard to reach, soft like your lips, and open. Does that help? It might take a cycle or two to really understand its texture and position. You can also buy ovulation prediction kits. You pee on a stick every day, and if you produce the LH hormone you should try and have sex within 24-36 hours. You can also check your basal body temp by getting a BB thermometer from the store. You have to check and chart the temp every day at the same time. You need to do it before you get out of bed and do anything. Pay attention for any temp spikes. They are linked to ovulation.
