So my daughter's father was very abusive to me on our last incident he hurt her. Since I've had a restraining order this past year the orders up in 26 days and I'm thinking of trying to get it extended. Does the protection order have to be violated in order to do so. Child protective services found him guilty of child abuse, and a week ago my daughter school counselor who works with child focus diagnosed her with posttraumatic stress disorder.
