Hemorrhoids

Any other mom's struggling with hemorrhoids. I am 34 weeks. I haven't seen any posts and I'm wondering what you do to help prevent them or get rid of them? I have been to the doctors and been prescribed ProctoFoam however it hasn't helped as of yet. I'm also using a cold compress, wet wipes after going to the bathroom and sitz baths. I have tried everything and my patience is running low. I have read online that they can be as stubborn to stick around until after labour and I really hope that's not the case because this thing is seriously a pain in my ass 😂
