need help please
i went to the doctors today, everything was all good, i am 6 weeks 2 days . came home and felr this sharp pain around my upper belly , the feeling you ger when your stomach is empty, and some cramp on my right lower stomach.. no bleeding ... but after the pain went away. few min later like 20 min. i started to have some spotting.. is it normal ? anyone be through this? i just need someones side of their story .
