Dropping?

So after having Braxton hicks for a while now they got pretty frequent so we went to L&D; and got checked out. No dialation.. cervix closed. But they were 5 minutes apart so they gave me the awful shot lots of fluids bloodwork and urine test. Contractions seem to stop so they let us go home and told us just to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated but this is my comparison the pictures were only five days apart so what are you guys there doesn’t look like he’s dropped or not?
