Should I worry 🙄😩

I’ve been on the pill for nearly five months now, I’m on cerelle so I don’t get periods. Anyway I haven’t had any side effects what so ever. However I noticed today that when I wiped there was a bit of blood. I’m only worrying because I’m supposed to be losing my virginity in a couple of days to my boyfriend. What should I do
