really bad acid reflux making me sick all day!

anyone else suffering bad acid reflux? not general heartburn nooooo, I mean actual acid coming from the stomach? I'm 35 weeks pregnant and for the past 48 hours I have been sick acid..a lot of it..everything I eat comes back up sometimes I just belch and every last thing on my stomach will come back up but it's burning like mad! I have now started bringing fresh blood up so it's obviously aggravated my osophegus 😣 I have been eating dry crackers and cold water but as soon as I stop eating it comes back! and I'll bring all that up again. I have a doctor appointment on Friday but any suggestions till then? I've tried antacid tablets they don't work, gaviscon liquid and even extra strong mints nothing helps.... please help me!! 😂😝😓😖😕😔
