Can I still get pregnant if he smokes a lot?

I’ve been TTC for a little over a year now and I was wondering if maybe my husband smoking a lot of weed is the problem by him smoking all day everyday. Also about over a month ago I read up about maybe if i’m the problem with my irregular cycles and I have started taking vitex to regulate them, maybe that can help. It didn’t work the first month but I read it can take 6 months to work for others a month or two and they get a bfp within those months..Was wondering if anyone would know about the smoking part..thank you.
