Discussing fertility with dr for the 1st time

My fiancé and I have casually been waiting for me to get pregnant for a year. Now we’ve decided to start trying for real. I have a drs appt to discuss potential fertility issued.

I’m wondering what kind of questions they usually ask you at the first appt and if there’s any info I should have ready to share? Any experiences that you all can share with me?

I’m nervous about going into this appt and looking like a fool not knowing anything. Or maybe them telling me I have to keep waiting before they’ll test. We don’t wanna wait since we are 25/26. We’re ready now and don’t want to get too much older before starting a family.
