Anyone taken flaxseed and folic acid together and conceived twins
I had a miscarriage week ago and now wanting to try again. I'm a mum already but would love to try and conceive twins. I'm 35 little tubby (mum to 8 bound to have a little something) going to start taking flaxseed and folic acid what else can I do to try and improve my body on having twins. Has anyone taken these and conceived
