Lo Loestrin FE

So I went in for a routine endometrial ablation yesterday because my periods have become unbearably heavy over the last two years. Well as my doctor inserted the tool she immediately perforated my uterus so they couldn’t do the procedure. Now I’m told the only option to help is removing the uterus all together or taking bc. So she gave me samples of Lo loestrin fe. Im 39 and haven’t taken birth control since 2002 because I had an iud and then in 2016 my Fallopian tubes were removed altogether. Just wondering if anyone my age has taken this and your feelings. Sorry for the long post but I need some honest feedback and not some sponsored reviews lol. Thanks in advance 😀
