spotting?
I had my baby Aug 12. I got the implant for birth control put in sept 25th. had unprotected sex a few days prior. today I started having cramps and spotting. my dr told me i shouldnt bleed since im breastfeeding as well atleast for awhile anyways. could I be pregnant?
