ASL milk

I've been signing things like water, mik, more, done, etc and finally today during bedtime routine he signed milk. I was surprised because I gave up signing to him last week due to ignorant family comments. I asked him without signing "do you want milk?" he looked at his hand and did it again. I was so excited! And while eating dinner he said done. They grow up so fast. He turned 1 today. Every morning he poops or pees on the potty while I pee. We've been practicing for months though.
