Trying to conceive after taking nuvaring out

So yeah I took my ring out after my last period left it out witch was sep 4 I wanted to try to conceive last month dtd 13th and 14th but I just got my period again witch is good maybe my hormones are back on track right since I got it on time? so maybe this month will be my lucky One seems normal and I didn’t miss it I know coming off of it can make becoming pregnant hard sometimes was hoping I'd miss this period but maybe I'll ovulation and get pregnant this month
