12 weeks in and drying up?

So I've exclusively breast fed my daughter for almost 12 weeks I'm starting to notice I'm not producing to her liking around like 5 pm she gets fussy and pulls on my nipple and just throws a fit when I try to feed her is this normal? Anything I can do to up my supply? I've started to just give her a bottle of breast milk and she seems happier

Drink a crap ton of water, be sure you are I taking enough calories and maybe try pumping after her last feeding. I've also heard good things about fenugreek

look for mothers milk tea and fenugreek you can also try drinking non alcoholic beer. the barley is supposed to help with milk production, also they have medicine to help with milk supply, so give you dr a call and see what they say.

Yes it’s normal. Supply is lowest late afternoon/early evening and it can be a frustrating time for baby. It’s just a phase though. Lasted a couple of weeks for me. Breast compressions can help. I used gel heating pads, place them on your breasts a few minutes before nursing. The heat helps make the milk flow faster. A warm bath together can do the same and also helps calm baby down. Skin to skin makes everything better 😊
