Overweight, Pregnant and Scared
I am 5'6, 231.8 lbs both pre-pregnancy and currently, I am 7 weeks exactly today. Before I got pregnant I was working out 4-5 days a week an hour a day and I am currently trying to maintain this, but I am tired and getting up at 4 AM is hard. I feel like I failed I should have lost more weight to be healthier for the pregnancy, the baby, myself and so I could have a cute bump. I don't know what to do. Anyone else feel like they failed? Anyone else scared of getting GD or just looking fat the entire time and not getting to enjoy their pregnancy? I AM.
