How do you deal?

How do you deal with seeing pregnancy announcements on social media? Especially when you know a majority of them weren't planned? I have 6 cousins with 17 kids between them, 16 of them unplanned. Yet, it's been over a year for me TTC. IM at the point where I want to scream every time I see one, now. I'm happy for them, just so frustrated.

It doesn’t reduce my efforts or my goal of TTC. I just go about my own business. We are all on different paths in this life so I find it easier not to compare myself or my situation to others.
I also have a weight loss goal at the moment but I don’t go to the gym and compare myself to others or reduce my friends fitness achievements, it’s the same sort of thing.

Go ahead and scream. Cry, rant, feel completely sorry for yourself. It's all totally allowed. Then put a smile on your face and congratulate them and be blissfully happy for them. I do my best to remember that their happiness does not take away from mine and their baby does not mean I won't have mine. Hopefully they'll all be happy for me when it's my turn. It's so hard. Baby dust to you!
