TMI: Lack of reaction to sex?

I’m currently 11w1d and I’m super horny but I can’t seem to get off. We’ve tried a lot of different things and nothing gets me there. The sensitivity I used to have on my clit before pregnancy is totally gone. I’m so discouraged. Any advice ladies?
