My hair gets really dry help!

I've never dyed my hair before and last month I bleached and dyed it, a bit of an ombre colour. I have thin fine hair, and my hair is starting to get so dry and forming split ends. I love the color right now but how can I get rid of the dryness and split ends. They kinda look dull too. Is there any way to get rid of split ends because I don't really want to cut my hair rn I just dyed it and my hair is not that long too :/
