Weight while in first trimester
Ladies! So before I got pregnant I had started CrossFit, light runs, and changing my eating habits so I could lose weight! Then POW baby hit and I couldn’t be more excited but I still wanna lose some weight, I’m 7 weeks and just wanna know what helped anyone else maybe shed a few pounds before the bump got bigger 😬
