I suffer from sciatica regularly. Some days I feel a flare up coming on and some days I don't. I'm dreading the upcoming weeks when its full blow

When I was 4 weeks pregnant I had the worst imaginable lower back pain to where if I would stand it would feel like someone was trying to rip my back completely into.  it went away after a few days but it was so bad
