What else can i do

Okay ladies me and my hubby have been trying to have a child for about a year now nothing has happened so far. I've been going by the chart this month when I should be having sex and the most percent days. Always trying to hold the sperm in pillow up under my butt. And some times my feet in the air. I'm just so done with trying I've had sex almost everyday since my last period to make sure this month I've at least tried and see what happens . any tip anything .
