Unicornuate Uterus?

I just received the devastating diagnosis that I have a unicornuate uterus on the left side. Is there anyone else out there with the same diagnosis with any positivity to share? My husband and I have be TTC since the beginning of the year and finally have answers as to why we haven't been successful, but NEVER imagined it'd be something so upsetting... HELP PLEASE!

What exactly is a unicornuate uterus? I don’t know what that means. 
If it helps though my uterus is a deviated septum. Meaning it forms a heart instead of the normal shape, with a long piece right down the middle. Makes conceiving difficult and should fertilized egg attach to any part of the piece that hangs down the middle its a guaranteed miscarriage anywhere from 4-13 weeks. Most common was ten weeks. We got extremely lucky going on 4 years ago now. Here’s our little miracle at 2 & 1/2 years old. ❤️😊

I also was diagnosed with UU this year! My husband and I have been TTC for a year this month. My right side is the blocked one. We had our first IUI done on 9/30 and go this Friday for blood test to see if it worked. Needless to say I’m on pens and needles!!!! Have you guys seen an RE for the disorder?
