Best anniversary present 💕

On October 4th, my husband and I had our 3 year wedding anniversary. I was 37 weeks and 5 days pregnant with a scheduled repeat c-section on October 16th. I went into L&D; because I was having a bad headache and seeing spots, also had 3 high blood pressure readings at home. After 7 hours of monitoring, my doctor, my husband and myself all agreed to do a c-section because of preeclampsia. At 9:32p, our sweet Noah Alexander was welcomed on our wedding anniversary weighing 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 inches long 💙
